Television. As the fifties moved into the sixties more and more families bought there first TV set. So the number of us that would go to RBC to watch some TV gradually diminished. Likewise fewer kids watched TV outside Legare, the furniture store, corner 11th and Masson while dad watched the hockey games at the 11th avenue tavern. Posting some links to TV shows from the fifties and sixties that have some meaning  to RBC and Drummond School. Granted the definition of "some meaning" can be pretty liberal at times.
